This page contains information on how to enroll your ward in WB School. The School considers the following as essential for admission into Williams and Brew School:

  1. Pick an application form at the front office and submit. Fill and submit form with 2 passport pictures of your child, a copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport, a medical report of the child indicating that all immunisation has been done and the child’s past 3 Trimester’s report card.

2. Admission into any stream or class at Williams and Brew School is only done after thorough assessment of the child’s academic potential and abilities.

Oral assessment in Maths and English is conducted for pupils entering Reception while a written test is conducted for pupils entering Primary 1 and 2.

Placement test in Maths, Science and English is conducted for pupils entering Upper Primary and Secondary.

Pupils after assessment should score an average of 50% to be placed in a particular class.

After the assessment, the assessor shares feedback with the Head of Department. The Head of Department speaks to the Parent about the strengths and areas of improvement of their child.

Parents are informed about the recommended class their ward would be admitted into. If the child does not perform at par, the Parent will have to write a note stating that; their ward should be repeated if the child does not meet the School’s academic standards by the end of the academic year.

Admission letter is then given to Parents to confirm that their ward is now a Student of WB School

All new Students must pay their admission fee and tuition fee in full before gaining access to their classroom.

  1. Payments & Transfers

Payment of tuition and admission fee must be made at the bank into the School’s account and not at the School. In case of direct deposit or wire transfer, Parents must present a copy of the deposit slip or transfer authorisation to the accounts department for an official WB School receipt.  All wire transfer instructions must have the name of the Students written on the slip. You can E-mail a scanned copy to sobeng@agaschool.edu.gh  for onward delivery to the account department.

Parents who make deposits at the bank are to submit pay-in slip to the account department for an official School receipt. Your payment is only finalized if you obtain an official School receipt. This will prevent the School from sending you a fee reminder when bank statements are delayed or your ward’s name does not appear on it.
