We welcome new students and ensure a smooth admission process. Below are the steps required for enrollment:

  1. Application Process
  • Pick up an application form from the front office or download it online.
  • Submit the completed form along with:
    • Two passport-sized photographs of your child
    • Copy of birth certificate or passport
    • Medical report confirming immunization records
    • Report cards from the past three trimesters (if applicable)
  1. Entrance Assessment
  • Admission is based on a thorough assessment of the student’s academic potential.
  • Assessments vary by level:
    • Reception: Oral assessment in Math and English
    • Primary 1 & 2: Written test in Math and English
    • Upper Primary & Secondary: Placement test in Math, Science, and English
  • A minimum average score of 50% is required for placement.
  • After assessment, results are reviewed by the Head of Department, who will provide feedback to parents.
  1. Admission Decision & Placement
  • Parents are informed about the recommended class for their child.
  • If a child does not meet the required academic standards, parents must sign an agreement allowing the child to repeat the class if necessary.
  • Upon acceptance, an admission letter is issued, confirming enrollment at WB School.
  • Full payment of the admission and tuition fees is required before the student can join classes.

Payments & Transfers

  • All payments (tuition and admission fees) must be deposited directly into the school’s bank account.
  • For wire transfers or direct deposits, parents must present a copy of the deposit slip or transfer authorization to the accounts department for an official school receipt.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are given for tuition fees if a student is absent or withdrawn.
  • A three-month written notice is required for withdrawal. If no notice is given, a trimester’s fee must be paid.
  • Exceptions may be granted by the Executive Director in cases of unforeseen transfers, but written notice must be provided.
  • No refunds are given if a student is expelled.

School Fees Payment Schedule

  • 50% of fees must be paid before reopening.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid before resuming after the half-trimester break.
  • Parents facing financial difficulties should apply for a payment plan with the Head of School in advance.

Discounts on Fees

  • Parents with three or more children at WB School receive:
    • 15% discount on the third child’s fees
    • 30% discount on any additional child’s fees
  • To apply for the discount, parents must submit a request form to the accounts department.

Other Payments

  • Tuition fees do not cover additional expenses such as:
    • School uniforms
    • Lunch services
    • After-school programs

  • Complete all fields in block letters using blue or black ink.
  • Sign where required. If you’re unsure about any section, seek assistance at the school office.

What Happens Next?

  1. Acknowledgment: You will receive confirmation (via email, text, or call) that your application has been received.
  2. Entrance Assessment: Scheduled within one (1) week of application submission.
  3. Interview: Scheduled within three (3) days after the entrance assessment.
  4. Admission Decision: Communicated within two (2) business days after the interview.
