Once in a Trimester, on a Friday morning, all Students engage in a health walk from the campus, down the hill of the north mine and to the nearby supermarket for shopping. It is an event that is very much anticipated by all. Students sing and clap in excitement as they go on their way. The entire School stops over at the mine hospital car park where they conduct a few minutes session of aerobics and all are invited to join in. Afterwards, the group makes its way to the supermarket for a snacks and sweets shopping experience.

This annual event is organised on inter-house basis where Students practice fervently to compete and win the trophy for their house. The School has four houses into which each and every Student is grouped. The houses are named after top-notch universities we expect our Students to aspire to attend in the future. These are Havard, Oxford, Yale and Ashesie. Red, blue, purple and orange respectively, are the colours Students and Teachers are dressed in. Filing past of houses, long jump, somersaults, relay, sprints , lime and spoon and sack racing are the events of the day to mention but a few. Tons of cheers, chants and clapping fill the air as each house motivates its contestants. Music is also part of the excitement of the day. There is a special slot for Parents and Teachers to also have fun taking part in the competitions. It is a fun day full of exercises.

Indoor games are organised per Trimester, on Fridays where houses compete in scrabble, ludo, chess, puzzles and many more interesting games.

From Pre-School to Secondary, every Student in Williams and Brew School loves career day. This event facilitates a connection between Students’ academic quests and professional endeavours in the future. It is an informative and interesting programme as Students participate in the job shadow experience through wearing professional outfits and short skit. Students also have the opportunity to learn about some professions through presentations facilitated by invited resource personnel in various professions. It is a fun day for the whole School and many Students discover something new to aspire to.

Falling at the end of every academic year, Graduation Day at WB School is a big day for celebrating the academic achievements as well as good behaviour of Students. Invited guests for the occasion include dignitaries and top officials of organisations in the community. The main graduands are Students progressing to the next Key Stage. Apart from awards- giving and speeches, the programme is highlighted by exciting display of Music, Drama, Poetry and Choreography. Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff are also awarded for their hard work.

A day for celebrating the global community which we represent and rich cultures of nations is dubbed WBS International Day. Every year certain countries of the world are selected for this purpose. Students are grouped into these countries and they prepare fervently to display their cultural elements through Drama and Dance, Language and Poetry, food display, costume and so on. At the end of the programme, everyone including Students, Parents, all Guests and Visitors, has the chance to savour dishes from the various countries which are showcased.

Christmas Concert at Williams and Brew encompasses the entire Student body. It is full of colour and pomp with Students dressed in their Christmas colours ready to enjoy the evening’s programme.Students are always excited about their roles in Music, Drama, Choreography and more especially our angel and mortal session where every Student gives and receives a much cherished gift. The concluding part of our Christmas Concert is always a fun and socialisation time for Parents, Teachers and Students as they witness fireworks and relish on Christmas delicacies like ice cream, kebabs, chocolates, cakes, pizza, punches that they bring and share.  The concert is mostly centred on the birth of Jesus Christ. The message of peace and joy to the world is one of our core beliefs.
